5. Payment Terms
For paid products or services:
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- GST is included where applicable

Our vulnerability research follows responsible disclosure practices:
- Vendors are notified before public disclosure
- We allow reasonable time for patches (typically 90 days)
- We coordinate with CERT/CC, MITRE, and vendor security teams
- We do not publish working exploits for unpatched vulnerabilities
11. Threat Intelligence Data
Data collected from our honeypot and deception infrastructure:
- Is used for defensive security research
- May be shared with the security community (IOCs, attack patterns)
- May be shared with law enforcement where criminal activity is identified
- Is not considered personal information of legitimate users
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Occupation Force Callsign GSW Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Site or any tools/information provided
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
